About The Position

This position is responsible for counting, recording and reporting of nightly carcass inventory. Must be knowledgeable of all beef grades and the various types of beef grades. Also responsible for monitoring and reporting of old carcass inventory as well as other assignments deemed necessary my management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in the Fresh Meats industry required or other meat judging type experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meats judging experience a plus.
• Know and understand U.S.D.A grading standards.
• Job is performed in the sales cooler and requires ability to withstand cold temperatures and standing for extended periods.
• MUST PROVIDE A RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION
• Internal disqualifiers are the following: 6 attendance points Any suspension on record for the last 12 months
• This position is slated for candidates who are currently working at this facility. Priority consideration will be provided to these applicants first. If local Team Members are not selected, Team Members from other locations and external candidates will then be reviewed for consideration.
