About The Position

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for organizing, tracking, and maintaining company inventory to support efficient service operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory control and supporting technician productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain inventory areas for accuracy, cleanliness, and efficiency
  • Establish and manage inventory databases, pricing, and par levels
  • Order, receive, and distribute inventory and special-order parts to technicians
  • Research vendors to ensure best value on pricing, quality, and delivery
  • Track inventory usage and ensure proper billing to work orders
  • Conduct quarterly inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Maintain inventory records, purchase orders, invoices, and weekly reports
  • Prepare technician supply packs and keep satellite inventory locations stocked
  • Coordinate with vendors, manage emergency inventory needs, and establish new vendor accounts
  • Support dispatching, data entry, scheduling, and office supply management as needed
