Requirements

  • Must be able to follow detailed instructions.
  • Must possess basic math skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate to internal and external customers based on needs.
  • Must be detail oriented and accurate entering data into file maintenance.
  • Must be able to work with others not only with department, but all other departments.
  • Has a propensity for accuracy.
  • Follow up on all issues/concerns in a timely manner.
  • Has an ownership attitude and demonstrates a passion for the customer.
  • Team Members must have been with the company six (6) months, or have been in their present position for six (6) months in order to be eligible to post for a job.
  • A Team Member must have no disciplinary counseling in the previous six months (1st or 2nd Level) and no Final written warnings within the last 12 months.

Nice To Haves

  • Must have extensive WMS knowledge for research and data entry.
  • Need In-depth understanding of all DC departments.
  • Must be able to perform successfully under minimum supervision.
  • Must be adaptable and able to help in other department functions.
  • Must be able to coordinate work between multiple teams and work together to solve problems.
  • Must be able to follow detailed instructions.
  • Must be able to run required queries and reports include email usage.
