Inventory Control Supervisor - M–F, 8:30am – 5:00pm

We are seeking a skilled logistics professional to lead warehouse operations, drive process efficiency, and ensure timely, accurate product delivery—all while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment. The Inventory Control Supervisor oversees inventory operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the distribution center. This role combines leadership, process improvement, and hands-on oversight to maintain optimal stock levels and support timely product delivery. SHIFT: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in inventory control or warehouse operations, including demonstrated experience in people management.
- Proficiency with WMS, inventory management software, and SAP (preferred).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with 3PL operations and warehouse equipment (including forklift).
Responsibilities
- Supervise inventory control team members, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and SOPs.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Utilize WMS, SAP, and inventory management tools to track and report inventory metrics.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support onboarding and continuous development programs for team members.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for inventory variances.
- Participate in internal and external audits related to inventory control.
- Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with Great Place to Work initiatives.
- Perform occasional warehouse duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs and operating equipment.
- Domestic and international travel may be required.
