About The Position

Assists in the supervision, control and coordination of all department inventory activities pertaining to the receipt, storage, and issue of unit supplies and equipment. Manages PAR-Level supply system for the department and maintains the automated materials management system. Assists Operation Director in those functions pertaining to the control of equipment and supplies. Promotes University Health's Guest Relations Policy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Two years of college or business school with specialized courses in Materials Management, Inventory Control, Purchasing or other business accounting is required. (May substitute one year of department specific or Central Supply related experience for each year of college.)
• Four years of materials management experience with two years of inventory control is required.
• Familiarity with automated inventory systems is required.
• Some typing and data entry experience is required
