About The Position

Its our not so secret sauce. - Benjamin Hagedorn (CEO) The Role: The Inventory Control Specialist supports the Inventory Control efforts for Internal and External teams. This teammate will serve as one of the primary points of contact for Inventory Control efforts for WHQ. The mission of the Inventory Control team is to give confidence to the client that WarehouseQuote is safeguarding their inventory. We do this by reconciling our WMS via transaction reports, the Warehouses WMS, and additional reporting. When this role executes well, we are improving efficiencies operationally and building confidence with our clients.

Requirements

Possess the ability to execute on the task at hand with experience, resourcefulness, and collaboration.
One to two years of related experience preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Excel is required.
This teammate will regularly use systems such as WHQs Portal and Footprint by Datex, serving as our Warehouse Management System (WMS), Jira Business, Zendesk, and others.
