Requirements

  • Experience with DM2 preferred but not required
  • Product knowledge and familiarity with warehouse operations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong phone, email, and customer service etiquette
  • Ability to handle stress, multitask, and manage time effectively
  • General computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to initiate, adapt, and embrace change
  • Interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and other departments

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Maintain warehouse organization using rack, row, bin or multi-bin inventory procedures in DM2
  • Establish and maintain warehouse bin locations in DM2
  • Organize and manage physical inventories (audited and unaudited)
  • Reconcile discrepancies on purchase orders and inventory balances
  • Plan and execute weekly cycle counts for high-value items and daily/weekly bulk reconciliation
  • Communicate changes in customer purchase cycles to support replenishment efforts
  • Support inventory transfers between warehouses or manage hub/spoke warehouse replenishment
  • Assist with inventory reserve and DII initiatives to improve inventory position and reduce obsolescence
  • Coordinate product conversions as needed for supplier changeovers
  • Ensure warehouse associates understand and comply with business rules
  • Process freight claims and resolve open/backorders using DM2 quantities
  • Track damaged, aged, and quarantined inventory
  • Maintain inventory kits and recipes as required
  • Represent the company professionally and provide quality customer service
