About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control Specialist to manage and optimize our inventory processes. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular audits, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods in and out of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and experience with inventory management systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics.
• Proficiency in inventory software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification (if applicable) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all storage locations.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Track inventory KPIs and generate reports for management.
• Implement and improve inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on historical data and trends.
• Operate inventory management software and ERP systems.
