About The Position

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our Logistics team! In this role, you’ll help ensure accurate tracking, management, and maintenance of inventory across the system—supporting high-quality and cost-effective care for our patients.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 2 years of experience working with an inventory process control system required
• Attention to detail and adaptability while working in a fast paced environment

Nice To Haves

• 6 months of systems analysis experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Six Sigma Certification is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels by compiling data, reviewing records, and adjusting stock as needed.
• Use electronic inventory management systems (ERP/PAR) to track supplies, update records, and support daily operations.
• Follow up on backorders and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Provide inventory system training and support to internal departments.
• Participate in cycle counts, outdating, and process improvement efforts while also assisting leadership in various projects
• Maintain inventory, rental equipment, and safety documentation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with departments to ensure supply needs are met.
