Position Summary We are seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our Tracy, CA team. In this role, you will ensure accurate inventory levels, support warehouse operations, and maintain strong controls that help deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service.
  • Possess strong computer skills, including the ability to run reports.
  • Hold a High School Diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

  • Have forklift experience (preferred).
  • Bring 1+ years of inventory or warehouse experience (helpful, but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct periodic (at least annual) physical inventory audits.
  • Oversee cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Compare and reconcile system quantities against physical stock.
  • Receive, fill, and stage inventory orders for customers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies and encourage others to do the same.
  • Operate a forklift or other warehouse machinery as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
