Requirements

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and transactions
Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to learn dealership systems (CDK, Rapid Recon)

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests professionally and assisting with basic service and transaction-related questions
Accurately process customer payments and invoices using CDK (cash, credit, and check transactions)
Reconcile daily cash drawers and maintain secure handling of all funds
Stock in new and used vehicles, ensuring all documentation, keys, and deal jackets are accurate and complete
Coordinate dealer trades, vehicle paperwork, and plate administration
Support inventory audits and ensure system accuracy
Enter used vehicles into Rapid Recon and support the reconditioning process to meet 72-hour turn expectations
Coordinate with Service, Sales, Parts, Accounting, and Recon teams to keep vehicle flow moving efficiently
Maintain professional workspaces including the customer waiting area and cashier counter
Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and dealership policies at all times
