Our Inventory Control Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the highest quality and safety standards of our pharmaceutical products. Once you complete our training, your responsibilities will include providing support to warehouse operations from material flow tracking through to site purchasing activities that facilitate having the required inventory and non-inventory items available when needed to meet demand. The Inventory Control Specialist works closely with demand planning, sourcing, purchasing, incoming quality and warehouse operations to ensure the timely availability of materials required to support the firm weekly schedule for kitting, formulation, filling, label printing, labeling, and packaging. The incumbent must be able to work in collaboration with the Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Quality, and Operations organizations, etc. while maintaining accurate files / records and real time data in the Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP). The Inventory Control Specialist is a valued contributor to the company priority initiatives, supports monitoring and reporting of performance through metrics, and continuous improvement projects as needed. Your attention to detail and adherence to precise procedures will guarantee that our medications meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and quality, providing patients with the best possible care and outcomes.
