About The Position

General Summary: To perform all warehouse functions including managing inventory, preparing shipments, unloading/loading trucks, driving, and assisting technicians in all aspects of their duties. Primary Responsibilities and Duties: Work with Management to ensure uninterruptible supply for our customers in a timely and safe manner. Unload and load products in and out of trucks in a manner compliant with company policy and local, state and federal regulations. Pull and stage orders for technicians. Ensure Technicians find parts as needed and are documented as required. Order and stock inventory parts on shelves as they arrive from vendors. Ship packages by appropriate freight carrier and maintain required paperwork. Manage new and rebuilt cylinders to ensure inventory stock levels and customer jobs are correct. Help maintain a clean and safe facility. Help with tank builds as needed. Responsible for the completion of special projects or the assignment of other duties as assigned by Management. Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience (filling/packaging/picking).
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Inventory Management Experience.
  • Previous experience operating warehouse equipment including forklifts (stand-up and sit-down), pallet jacks, cherry pickers, etc.
  • Ability to successfully complete the forklift certification test.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while performing multiple duties and tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Ability to follow company safety and quality procedures and guidelines consistently
  • Proven ability to complete position responsibilities within the allotted timeframe.
  • Produces a caliber of work consistent with departmental operating standards.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently.
  • Effectively represents the company and is responsive to the needs of internal/external customers.
  • Working knowledge of inventory control measures.
