Job Summary: This person will be responsible for oversight of Customer Inventory by coordinating with Operations Team through receiving, warehousing, and distribution services.

Requirements

High school diploma or it's equivalent required.
1-3 years' experience in warehouse/distribution preferred.
Knowledge and experience in Safety and OSHA desired.
Strong customer service skills with ability to read and write.
Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word & Outlook.
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Problem solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Maintain Inventory accuracy by auditing and cycle counting receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing processes and procedures to produce customer service excellence.
Ensure correct and timely handling of product within the established Vertical Cold Storage policies and procedures. Utilizing appropriate, defined practices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Control inventory by conducting physical counts and reconciling with system software.
Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by following and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
Protect shipments by investigating causes of damages and discrepancies in consignments.
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by inspecting equipment and issuing work orders for repair.
Enforce safety policies by conducting inspections, counseling employees, and identifying and correcting infractions.
Collaborate departmental workflow between warehouse, production, office, and corporate administrative departments.
