About The Position
L&R is the largest distributor and the 6th largest purchaser of cosmetics in the United States. We now distribute over 40,000 items (cosmetics, toys, school supplies, hosiery, hair accessories, OTC, HBA and more) through 3 regional warehouse locations in Arkansas, New Jersey and California. Job Summary The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy in the warehouse.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Safety
- Time management
- Willingness to learn computerized scanning device
Responsibilities
- Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity
- Maintain product identification and location program
- Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them in a timely manner
- Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations
- Safely utilize power jacks to move warehouse materials according to proper safety instructions and as directed
