About The Position

In this role, you’ll oversee production scheduling, shipping, receiving, and inventory control for raw materials and finished goods. We work together to ensure safety compliance, maintain accurate records, and keep operations running smoothly. Your ability to train teams, enforce safety standards, and collaborate across departments will be key to driving efficiency and reliability in our processes. Every day you will coordinate production plans, monitor inventory levels, and lead a team dedicated to accuracy and quality. You’ll manage SAP transactions, resolve material issues, and ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials. It is vital to maintain clear communication with purchasing and quality control teams. Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, Bachelor’s degree in appropriate area or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • 3–5 years of proven leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, specializing in shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations.
  • Safety-first leaders who ensure all OSHA, DOT, and environmental policies are followed and team members are properly trained and certified.
  • Organized planners who can coordinate production schedules and oversee flawless execution of production plans.
  • Proactive trainers who develop and guide raw material and receiving personnel in proper storage, transfer, and record-keeping procedures.
  • Problem-solvers who collaborate with plant leadership to address equipment, storage, and material identification challenges and lead cross-plant project teams to drive enterprise-wide results.
  • Detail-driven managers who monitor handling, labeling, and documentation of raw materials, ensuring compliance with solvent recovery programs.
  • Inventory experts who maintain accurate material counts, manage FIFO programs, and conduct cycle and perpetual inventory checks.
  • Tech-savvy person who ensures SAP systems are used effectively, and team members are fully trained on transactions.
  • Strong communicators who maintain clear, consistent communication with Purchasing, Quality Control, and Production teams to keep operations running smoothly.
