Requirements

5 + years inventory/warehouse management experience (trade industry preferred).
Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical materials preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills .
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Experience with inventory software ( ServiceTitan )
Ability to lift and manage materials as needed.
Experience reading and negotiating contracts.
Please note you need to be based out of Sarasota for this role, but will be overseeing all four locations of Cool Today

Responsibilities

Manage receiving, stocking, and distribution of materials and equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and manage truck stock.
Coordinate part sourcing, purchasing , and vendor relationships.
Support technicians with material identification, staging, checkouts, and returns.
Oversee warehouse organization, safety, and SOP compliance.
Handle product returns, RMAs, and warranty credits.
Inventory usage and other data analytics.
