As our first Inventory Control Manager, you will lead company-wide inventory control operations with a major focus on perishable foods, develop and implement strategies to optimize perishable stock levels, support the analysis of data to forecast demand, and collaborate with teams to ensure accurate inventory counts and efficient flow of goods. The position requires a candidate with strong integrity, attention to detail, effective management and communications skills, and an understanding of internal controls. The position reports to the Director of Operations. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to managing inventory systems, supporting lot traceability, collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing audits, and driving continuous improvement to meet organizational goals. The Inventory Control Manager will partner with the Quality Assurance/Food Safety team to ensure that we are selling safe, quality food.
