About The Position

As an Inventory Control Manager, you will ensure the integrity of inventory across all aspects of warehouse operations. You will review daily reports and transactions, oversee cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies. Additionally, you will research customer chargebacks and ensure compliance with customer requirements throughout the warehouse. This role involves interfacing with the Sales and Finance departments regarding inventory-related issues, as well as training warehouse associates on inventory-related transactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with inventory management, cycle counts, inventory control, WMS, and ERP systems.
  • Working knowledge of warehouse functions such as receiving, picking, packing, and billing.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional training equivalent to the completion of two years of college is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure inventory integrity for all warehouse operations.
