About The Position

The Inventory Control Manager will serve as the company's SME for all inventory management needs, overseeing item master governance, inventory process standardization, and optimization strategies across diverse locations and mobile units. This role focuses on data integrity, operational efficiency, and cost control to ensure accurate financials and streamlined workflows. The ideal candidate is an inventory management professional with deep ERP systems treatment of item setup knowledge ideally with Dynamics 365 F&O, analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of inventory management experience, preferably in construction or MEP environments. Demonstrated ability of optimizing and managing inventory within ERP environment. Skills and Abilities: Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (preferably F&O) and inventory management software. Strong analytical and data visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.). Excellent communication, training, and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Experience with mobile inventory management and warehouse operations. Requirements
