About The Position

Responsibilities: Conducts and directs cycle counts daily, according to WMS. Coordinates bin audits daily in accordance with provided schedule. Investigates, identifies, and reconciles cycle count and bin audit discrepancies. Suggests and implements solutions using problem solving methodologies to mitigate discrepancies. Maintains inventory areas by utilizing and promoting efficient material handling practices. Files cycle count records so they can be reviewed by management. Investigates and reconciles all inventory discrepancies with the assistance of other leads. Assist in the development and implementation processes that will enhance inventory control. Records and tracks all inventory adjustments. Identifies stale and slow-moving inventory through regular reporting. Responsible for compiling reports on all areas of responsibility and presenting to management. Coordinates with Project Managers on the Phase-in and Phase-out of new or obsolete product. Maintains status as a Subject Matter Expert in area of responsibility. Maintains working knowledge of at least two other areas of the Warehouse. Responsible for directing the daily activities of the Inventory Control team. With limited support, motivates and coaches other associates. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years’ experience in an investigative or reconciliation role related to inventory. Good math skills and intermediate computer knowledge Effective verbal and written communication skills. Familiar with Microsoft Office Products. Able to utilize simple filters and formulas in Excel Ability to adapt promptly to any change in working condition and to get problems resolved without delay. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Ability to perform excellently even when under work pressure. Previous experience with Epicor or other WMS/ERP required. Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously successfully. Able to present information in reports to various stakeholders throughout the company.
