Confidence that moves. Job Summary The Field Inventory Control Coordinator provides general support to all inbound inventory requests and needs from the field. This role is highly customer-facing, requiring the Inventory Control Coordinator to confidently present information, lead meetings, and interact with field agents daily. Areas of support include, but may not be limited to, new and returned receipts, loaner kit variances, and inventory optimization projects. Inventory Control Coordinators are required to exhibit intermediate experience and proven abilities in all listed duties, specifications, skills, and attributes. Satisfies our customer’s needs through prompt response, friendly service, and support that often exceeds expectations. Serves as the direct liaison between field sales agents and internal teams by reducing excess inventory in the field, handling incoming requests, managing restocks, addressing product inquiries, and investigating order shipments all to ensure the prompt and precise delivery of materials required for surgery. The Inventory Control Coordinator should be eager to expand product knowledge through team trainings, webinars, learning modules, and interactions with sales, marketing, and medical education.
