Requirements

  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Minimum of five (5) years of electrical distribution or electrical wholesale experience
  • Knowledge of inventory system (Eclipse ERP experience preferred)
  • Experience using an RF scanner
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Cycle count raw materials, packaged materials, finished goods, and non-conforming materials on a daily basis
  • Utilize manual lifts, reach trucks and transfer equipment (requires applicable safety and operational training)
  • Operate RF scanners and other hand-held devices
  • Use Eclipse to confirm quantities of materials
  • Ensure materials are in proper locations. Conducts search to locate misclassified inventory
  • Report discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products to supervision
  • Publish weekly and quarterly inventory metrics
  • Communicate and develop process enhancements as needed (performs root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommends process improvements to eliminate them)
  • Ensure proper and full-time use of PPE
  • Uphold all quality and safety procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
