Inventory Control Coordinator
About The Position
About the Role:Hoffmaster is committed to responsible growth, operational excellence, and accurate inventory management that supports our manufacturing and distribution operations. We’re looking for an Inventory Control Coordinator to oversee cycle counting and inventory control practices across the facility. In this role, you’ll ensure transactional accuracy, maintain compliance with audit requirements, and support distribution and warehouse operations. Your work will help strengthen inventory reliability, reduce errors, and support operational efficiency. What You’ll Do: Assist with inventory control and cycle counts to support accurate records Research and help resolve inventory discrepancies Maintain documentation and support inventory audits Help reconcile inventory across systems and locations Support physical inventory counts and ERP transactions Partner with Distribution on inventory tasks and improvements
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn new IT systems; experience with LX ERP and WM systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or 4–5 years of relevant experience in inventory, manufacturing, or logistics.
