We are now hiring for an Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will Input merchandise, shipping and miscellaneous costs into our ASB software program to maintain accurate record of merchandise stored at multiple warehouse locations. In addition you will process vendor and supplier invoices for payment as well as be responsible for item/product setup and data integrity into the Enterprise systems. Requirements

  • High School degree or GED required with one-year related experience in a business setting or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis in Excel, is desired, in addition to a familiarity with web-based software.
  • Must be able to work quickly and accurately with keyboard, and additional office equipment.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in Accounting, Business or related field plus six months’ related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process item setup and item mass loads utilizing American’s enterprise platform for management of product/items stored at multiple warehouse locations.
  • Enter receipts or purchase orders for American owned inventory as well as receive and verify customer owned inventory purchase orders
  • Assist traditional or standard business sales associates regarding costing and receiving issues and responds to their inquiries as it relates to the management of their inventoried items.
  • Upload new documents and update existing documents within the Mfiles web-based program to maintain item storage accuracy.
  • Manage invoices in department queue in Mfiles web-based program.
  • Review the voucher in our enterprise platform, calculate any discounts and enter the correct data in Mfiles.
  • Process storage locations transfers within our enterprise platform for all warehouse locations.
  • All other duties as assigned.
