Requirements

Administrative background or experience
Proficient in Excel (creating and analyzing excel spreadsheets)
Computer proficiency in Microsoft word and Outlook
Detail oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.
Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
Basic inventory/purchasing knowledge including procurement – order points, line points, demand, safety stock, excess and dead stock.

Responsibilities

Work with vendors and branch to help clear up A/P issues related to NCR’s and returns
Work with vendors and branch to resolve NCR from shipping errors research and resolve all receiving discrepancies (NCR’s)
Maintain control over the return goods queue – keep it clean and current and account for all material in the RGQ, request all defective vendor RGA, work with sales on the return of non-stock items and return them to the vendor.
Assist with researching cycle count findings
Assist with identifying the root cause of cycle count finding
Work closely with receiving department and vendors to solve discrepancies
Research and assist with processing stock returns
Update new items for bin locations
Assist with monitoring non-stock inventory items
Assist with managing bin locations and changes
Assist with managing and creating reports
