About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate to join our warehouse team and help ensure our inventory is accurate, organized, and ready for our customers. In this role, you’ll manage inventory counts, maintain accurate records, assist customers with order pickups, and keep our warehouse organized and efficient. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in inventory management or warehouse operations preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory/ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and ad hoc inventory cycle counts and document any discrepancies.
• Maintain proper location labels, stickers, and documentation for easy product tracking.
• Use technology, including Vocollect and inventory management systems, to support accurate processes.
• Assist customers with order pickups professionally and efficiently.
• Organize seasonal and pre-order items for easy identification and retrieval.
• Follow safe work habits, keeping the warehouse clean and audit-ready.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations.
• Operate material handling equipment safely to move and organize products.
