What You Will Do: Manage physical daily cycle counts as well as research and correct inventory related variances, while providing accurate data and reports to the Inventory Control Supervisor or Manager with the use of Eclipse and or Excel. Observe, audit, record, report and correct discrepancies from all areas of operations involving inventory control. Identify barriers to performance and assist manager in identifying/analyzing root cause and effect and develop action plans to resolve. Work with Inventory Control team to develop “continual training“ strategy for non-exempt employees within area and cross-functionally with other supervisors. Ability to be trained or help with training on system enhancements. Also have the capability to make recommended improvements and or changes to the system or processes. Work with the returns team on Customer or Vendors RGA’s that requires the involvement of the Inventory Control group. Works effectively in a multi-tasking environment. Ability to operate forklift or become certified to operate a forklift and other PIT Equipment. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)
Ability to motivate, foster teamwork and provide positive reinforcement to a team/s. Ability to work as a team member with other employees, supervisors, and management.
Ability to effectively train, coach and provide performance feedback.
Advanced knowledge of computer software's including word-processing, excel, outlook, WMS (preferably Eclipse) or other relevant computer software.
Communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Complete Forklift Operator’s/PIT Certification within the first 5 days.
Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
Ability to operate PIT Equipment
Warehouse environment
Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday; however, based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance
