About The Position

Implementing and monitoring strategic action plans aimed at improving inventory indicators and quality standards at the distribution center. Analyzing and interpreting operational data to identify trends and root causes of potential deviations, applying a preventive approach to mitigate risks. Collaborating with operations, finance, and support teams to ensure alignment of objectives and resolve incidents jointly. Making agile, data-driven decisions to prevent losses and optimize storage and dispatch processes. Guaranteeing compliance with productivity and cost objectives to improve the final user experience. Supporting the rollout of new initiatives and continuous improvement projects, ensuring operational excellence is maintained on-site.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in inventory areas, quality control, or operational excellence, preferably in logistics centers or e-commerce.
  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools, such as spreadsheets, SQL, or data visualization software.
  • Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies and statistical analysis to solve complex problems.
  • Have legal residency, a Green Card, or citizenship that facilitates hiring in the United States.
  • Possess a fluent level of English and Spanish
