Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, with occasional walking, standing, stooping, bending, and minimal lifting
  • Work performed in both manufacturing plant and office settings

Responsibilities

  • Collecting and analyzing inventory and sales data
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Assisting with process improvement projects
  • Maintaining detailed transaction records
  • Verifying inventory counts promptly
  • Communicating effectively with manufacturing, scheduling, buyers, and purchasing teams
  • Correcting system errors related to inventory moves, bill of material errors, and ECN changes
  • Tracking material flow for raw and semi-finished materials
  • Analyzing inventory data to improve stock levels, accuracy, and rotation
  • Contribute to the accuracy and reconciliation of Task Force Control inventory records and processes.
  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the DICAP process and data to enhance inventory management strategies.
  • Identify, investigate, and report on root causes of inventory variances, proposing and supporting implementation of corrective actions.
