Position Summary: Highly organized professional responsible for overseeing PPE and uniform inventory operations, ensuring accurate tracking, distribution, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Leads vendor coordination, inventory audits, and data reporting while supporting employee onboarding, training compliance, and offboarding processes. Plays a key role in maintaining audit-ready records, resolving discrepancies, and optimizing inventory and training systems to support operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable, dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook & Word Preferred)
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work location
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check to company standards.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels of PPE, uniforms and other company issued equipment
  • Coordinate uniform ordering, distribution, repairs & laundry services
  • Track issuance and return of uniforms and equipment for new hires and separating employees
  • Remove terminated employees from uniform and inventory tracking systems
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies
  • Conduct periodic inventory audits of company issued inventory to ensure proper tracking, accuracy and accountability
  • Identify discrepancies and coordinate resolution as needed
  • Communicate with vendors regarding orders, discrepancies repairs and service issues
  • Track order status and follow up to ensure timely delivery
  • Assist with resolving billing or inventory discrepancies
  • Assign required safety and onboarding training for new hires
  • Prepare and set up employee access for training systems and classes
  • Coordinate training schedules and ensure employees are enrolled appropriately
  • Monitor training completion and follow up on outstanding requirements
  • Support recertification tracking and compliance deadlines
  • Maintain and update employee safety and training records
  • Assist in preparation and organization of safety files
  • Ensure records are accurate and audit-ready
  • Support compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirements
  • Enter and maintain data related to PPE inventory, uniforms and training records
  • Generate reports related to inventory levels, training completion and compliance tracking
  • Identify and communicate trends, gaps, or inconsistencies in data
  • Track return of company-issued equipment and uniforms upon employee separation
  • Coordinate with HR and Supervisors to ensure proper offboarding procedures are followed
  • Document missing and unreturned items and communicate accordingly
  • Monitor and maintain GPS tracking systems for company assets operating in the Permian Basin
  • Ensure devices are active, properly assigned, and functioning accurately
  • Troubleshoot GPS-related issues and coordinate with vendors or internal teams for resolution
  • Support asset visibility and utilization by maintaining accurate tracking data and reporting discrepancies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
