Requirements

Previous experience in an automotive dealership preferred.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Collaborative mindset and desire for professional development.

Responsibilities

Process dealer trades
Making jackets for and posting New and Used Car Inventory
Reconcile schedules
Collect Report of Sales and any approved deals ready for the bank from finance.
Issue labels and attach to individual jacket of sold units.
Maintain strict confidentiality of confidential personal information of our customers in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission Safeguards Rule, implementing the provisions of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act as they pertain to automobile dealerships and adhere to all other company rules, policies and procedures as stated in the employee handbook.
Perform other duties as assigned.
