About The Position
Position Summary: The Automotive Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate vehicle inventory records and supporting dealership operations related to purchasing, dealer trades, and inventory reconciliation.

Responsibilities
- Purchase and process all incoming vehicle inventory.
- Process and coordinate all dealer trades.
- Reconcile the RDR (Retail Delivery Report) list on a monthly basis.
- Respond to and resolve vehicle citation tickets.
- Process all cancellations related to vehicle inventory and contracts.
- Monitor and follow up on all arbitration cases.
- Conduct and reconcile monthly physical inventory to ensure accuracy.
