About The Position

This role is for an Inventory Clerk at Seton Medical Center Williamson in Round Rock, TX, within the Materials Management Department. The schedule is PRN, requiring rotating weekends and Monday - Friday based on scheduling needs, totaling 15+ hours per week. Requirements

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate Supply Chain Excellence: Take full ownership of the equipment lifecycle—from strategic ordering and stocking to seamless transportation—ensuring the organization has the vital tools needed to succeed.
Optimize Inventory Health: Drive operational efficiency by maintaining precise stock levels, proactively troubleshooting discrepancies, and implementing best-in-class rotation practices to eliminate waste and maximize resource freshness.
Ensure Data Integrity & Reliability: Maintain meticulous tracking records and oversee logistics to guarantee 100% on-time delivery, providing a dependable foundation for daily operations.
Build High-Impact Partnerships: Serve as a key professional liaison between clinicians, administrators, and vendors, utilizing your communication skills to deliver exceptional service and foster a collaborative environment.
