Requirements

• Has drive, tenacity, enthusiasm, and a stellar work ethic.
• Someone passionate, kind, uplifting, and encouraging to new and existing needlepointers finding Penny Linn for the first or 10th time.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong copywriting and grammar skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Collaborative attitude with the ability to work closely with other departments.
• Friendly, energetic, self-starter

Responsibilities

• Keep the Flagship location organized – canvases, inventory, threads, etc. and make sure all are properly stored
• Keep back of house merchandised and stocked
• End-of-day clean up and ensure the Flagship location is ready for the following workday
• Assist with content shoots and clean-up
• Help with fulfillment for e-commerce as needed
• Assist with physical inventory
• Take on additional projects as they arise
