About The Position

Flō Networks is a leading provider of telecommunications services between the US and Mexico. We provide voice and data services to Fortune 1000 companies, telecommunications, and cable companies over a fiber optic network that spans over 35,000 km between both countries. We have an immediate need for an experienced Inventory and Supply Chain Coordinator. This position will be based in El Paso, Texas. The Role: The Inventory & Supply Chain Coordinator is a multidisciplinary leader responsible for the integrity of our regional supply chain. You will manage the physical El Paso hub, act as an internal auditor for the company inventory accuracy (ABC/Cyclical), and serve as a tactical partner for purchasing and special projects. This role is the critical link between US procurement and Mexico operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Accounting preferred. An associate's degree with significant equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain Operations.
  • Proven experience performing ABC Analysis, implementing cyclical counting programs, and leading year-end physical inventories.
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) is required; ability to pull data, analyze discrepancies, and perform root-cause investigations.
  • Strong working knowledge of US-Mexico cross-border procedures, including staging for Customs Brokers and managing export documentation.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and Data Analysis) for inventory reporting and audit preparation.
  • Ability to manage the procurement lifecycle for special projects, from placing Purchase Orders to ensuring final delivery.
  • Extreme attention to detail required for verifying technical serial numbers and ensuring customs paperwork matches physical cargo with 100% accuracy.
  • Valid Forklift Operator certification (or ability to obtain certification within 30 days).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical warehouse tasks in a non-climate-controlled environment as needed.
  • Driver’s license required.
  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish (Written and Verbal) for coordination between US suppliers and Mexico operations.

  • Prior experience or technical aptitude with telecommunications hardware (Microwaves, Fiber Optics, Rack equipment) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional ABC classification strategy and execute cyclical/annual inventories.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external annual audits, ensuring all documentation and physical counts are 100% compliant.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing and Logistics to identify "shrinkage" trends and implement workflows to improve accuracy.
  • Oversee receiving, inspection, and high-value equipment tagging (Serial Number tracking) in the El Paso warehouse.
  • Stage and verify materials for Mexican Customs Brokers; ensure documentation (Commercial Invoices/Packing Lists) matches physical cargo to prevent border delays.
  • Digitally monitor and reconcile inventory levels at US satellite locations via ERP (NetSuite/SAP).
  • Place Purchase Orders (POs) for special project materials and emergency engineering spares.
  • Dedicated support for the supply chain success of specific infrastructure projects, ensuring materials arrive on-site and on-budget.
  • Manage domestic LTL, FedEx, and UPS shipments for emergency scenarios.
  • Maintain an OSHA-compliant facility.
  • Ensure real-time data integrity within the ERP for all movements, receipts, and exports.
