As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will establish, maintain, and ensure a comprehensive understanding of client-specific global operating procedures. You will serve as the lead contact for problem resolution and day-to-day operations for assigned customers. This role involves coordinating with internal team members, sales, and external third parties to mitigate disruptions to the customer’s supply chain. You will provide exemplary service with a customer-centric approach, proactively preventing supply chain disruptions. Additional tasks include verifying document accuracy, tracking and tracing shipments daily, creating and updating Excel spreadsheets, and performing other duties as assigned.
