This role is responsible for leadership of Inventory, implementation and monitoring of automation and technology initiatives, and special operations projects.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory Leads the purchase order (PO) creation and management of all inventory purchasing
  • Identifies process improvement opportunities
  • General reporting & reconciliations
  • Leads cycle counting efforts
  • Process automation and technology Identifies process improvement opportunities, across the company; recommends cost-effective scalable solutions
  • Leads the launch of new systems initiatives, enabling the planning, design, development, and implementation of improvement projects
  • Ensures that process documentation exists, is current, and available
  • Serves as a resource for solving process issues and championing effective solutions
  • Examines existing automation and technology to ensure continued efficacy; addresses gaps
  • Operations projects Ensures alignment of CREW2 systems with Home Depot technology pilots and initiatives
  • Provides support for system changes and enhancements, including communications and related training and education
  • Offers regional support as needed for critical business needs
