About The Position

The Inventory & Logistics Manager oversees all aspects of inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain logistics to ensure efficient flow of products from suppliers to customers. This role requires strategic planning, operational excellence, and strong leadership to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and maintain accuracy in all inventory-related processes.

5+ years of experience in inventory orlogisticsmanagement.
Experience with inventory control and warehouse operations.
Proven leadership and staff management experience.
Knowledge of supply chain, demand forecasting, and vendor management.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Experience with TMS, lean practices, or process improvement.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day inventory operations, including receiving, storage, tracking, and distribution of products.
Develop and implementlogisticsand inventory management strategies tooptimizeefficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and reconcile discrepancies tomaintainaccuraterecords.
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of transportation and delivery schedules.
Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
Negotiate contracts andmaintainrelationships with carriers, suppliers, and vendors.
Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Implement inventory control systems, procedures, and best practices.
Lead, train, and manage a team of warehouse andlogisticsstaff.
Prepare reports and KPIs to track performance andidentifyareas for improvement.
