Inventory Analyst (On-Site)

We are actively seeking a Inventory Analyst for our Coppell facility. This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time. The Inventory Analyst is responsible for maintaining and controlling inventory levels within the Production Tech Support department. The Inventory Analyst must build a strong relationship with Production Operations, Finance and our Vendors. Reports to Supervisor Production Tech Support.
Requirements
- High School or equivalent or Technical/Trade School
- 0-1 years' experience within a high volume production environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Functional/technical skills
- Attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to take direction and to work under pressure due to time constraints as necessary
Responsibilities
- Control and maintain inventory levels for Production Tech Support.
- Work closely with the team to ensure inventory is available for releases as needed.
- Work with Finance and Billing on any invoice discrepancies.
- Ensure we do not have too much inventory and most importantly do not run out.
- Checks the quality of the inventory
- Your daily duties may include writing inventory reports, performing cycle counts, and determining periodic asset valuations
- May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned
- Promote a professional work environment and adhere to all Broadridge's policies
