About The Position

Inventory & Logistics Specialist (On-Site) Overview Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Specialist to support on-site material flow across engineering, production, and launch operations. This role ensures the right parts are in the right place at the right time by maintaining inventory accuracy, organized storage, and efficient shipping/receiving. Youll be part of a mission-driven environment helping teams deliver advanced space and launch systems. What Youll Do Execute daily inventory operations: receiving, put-away, issuing, kitting, and cycle counting Maintain material traceability and accountability in the ERP system Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics: supplier receipts, shipments to customers, test sites, and launch locations Follow standardized workflows for handling, warehousing, and shipping/receiving Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, production, and quality to ensure material availability Drive improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and reliability in logistics processes What Were Looking For (Required) Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and standard inventory practices Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Clear communication and strong teamwork Nice to Have Background in aerospace, defense, automotive, or advanced manufacturing Knowledge of lean/continuous improvement methods Familiarity with domestic/international shipping regulations , including hazardous materials

Requirements

  • Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and standard inventory practices

Nice To Haves

  • Background in aerospace, defense, automotive, or advanced manufacturing
