About The Position

Maintain accurate inventory at all stages through on-hand integrity, daily receiving and transfers, store communication, product mix and flow, and adhering to Elder’s best practices, metrics and deadlines. Utilize available inventory reports to reduce shrinkage, maintain appropriate stock levels and maximize inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Technically skilled in basic computer systems and Microsoft applications.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide motivation and leadership to associates in a fair and impartial manner.
• High degree of analytical skills, and the ability to delegate and be self-directed.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Able to manage multiple, diverse projects and workload with minimal supervision consistently delivering the highest quality work under extreme pressure and tight time constraints.
• Ability to gather, analyze and summarize data professionally and accurately.
• Able to confidently make decisions and maintain confidential information.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Possess a valid in-state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record in accordance with company’s insurance carrier’s standards.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish) verbal and written communication skills strongly preferred.
