Responsible for maintaining contact with both internal and external customers. Provide customer with requested information. Act as a liaison between the customer and internal personnel. Ensure that special requirements are executed as requested. As the Inventory Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining cycle count records and customer report files obtained from multiple SAP systems. Handle special projects and day-to-day activities related to client requests, and carry on daily communication with Inventory Control Manager, Supervisor and Cycle Counters. You will also be responsible for continuous improvement of Inventory Control disciplines and deliver guidance regarding inventory issues, prepare and provide the following on a daily and weekly basis: reporting and documentation relevant to inventory and productivity. Other responsibilities may include maintaining inventory integrity and lead consolidation efforts, research variances and discrepancies, liaison between all internal customers as it relates to inventory transactions in several systems, monitor incoming components and as well as Finished Goods outbound components , and conduct variance investigations and complete audit documentation.
