About The Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Plan, select, schedule and conduct component part cycle counts; track progress towards annual cycle count plan. 2. Perform scrap, purge, and outage investigations, and associative corrective transactions. 3. Monitor monthly gap charts in areas of responsibility; develop and perform action items; perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly inventory processes. 4. Reconcile inventory part discrepancies, perform root cause analysis. 5. Analyze BOM transactions, historical data and inventory reports to monitor and improve inventory accuracy. 6. Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles. 7. Understand. Create. Simplify. 8. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Two years related experience Experience using ERP system to manage component, assembly, and finished good level inventories Proficient in MS Excel Superior organizational skills and high attention to detail Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment Background check results satisfactory to SEL Negative drug test result(s) Preferred Qualifications Two (2) years' experience as an SEL Inventory Clerk; intermediate level knowledge of SEL MFG areas and processes; knowledge of SEL component part inventory Intermediate level knowledge of SEL manufacturing processes and component part inventory Intermediate level experience using Dataflo MRP software, and/or Microsoft AX ERP software Physical Requirements Ability to walk, bend, crouch, stand, sit for long periods; ability to lift 40lbs regularly Pullman, WA- This position is located in Pullman, WA. Pay Range Data Inventory Analyst - $26.74-$39.52 per hour. We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years related experience
  • Experience using ERP system to manage component, assembly, and finished good level inventories
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Superior organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
  • Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
  • Background check results satisfactory to SEL
  • Negative drug test result(s)

Nice To Haves
