Your responsibilities will include: ● Bachelor's degree ● Minimum of 2 years' experience with Intracardiac Echo (ICE), particularly in the LAAC and/or Electrophysiology markets. ● High-energy and the ability to work in an ultra-fast-paced environment. ● Self-starter with the ability to manage projects from the concept stage to fully executed programs. ● Ability to execute on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ● Ability to prioritize projects based on business need. ● Experience with Executive Leadership communication and presentations. ● Work collaboratively within the team and with other business functions. ● Continuous improvement mindset; ability to identify existing gaps and needs for sales training improvement. ● Ability to tailor training materials to specific audiences. ● Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization and with outside vendors and consultants. ● Basic competency on Microsoft Office 365 products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). ● Experience leading and delivering training content and presentations to large groups. ● Content development experience in a training environment. ● Education experience within healthcare or the medical device industry.
