About The Position
The Interventional Radiology Technologist I is one who is working in an advanced modality. They are responsible for imaging and post processing the images for Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures. They circulate during procedures; scrub, if needed, and possess in depth knowledge of IR inventory and equipment.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited program of Radiologic Technology.
- ARRT is required.
- Must be licensed in the State of Vermont.
- Individual must accumulate 200 exams as outlined by the ARRT and become licensed in the modality, by passing the Vascular-Interventional (VI) Radiography certification exam, within 24 months of hire.
- This position requires verification of college transcripts. Please be prepared to provide a copy should you be invited for an interview.
Nice To Haves
- One year of clinical experience, preferred.
