About The Position

As a Radiology Interventional Technologist , you deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care during complex interventional procedures. You collaborate closely with Interventional Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, and Neurosurgeons while supporting Complex Vascular Surgery procedures, a Joint Commission–recognized Center of Stroke Excellence, and a wide range of Interventional Radiology procedures and therapies. In this role, you contribute ideas that enhance workflows, quality, and the overall patient experience, helping ensure safe, efficient care and positive patient outcomes. As a Senior Radiology Interventional Technologist , you build on this foundation by planning and coordinating care across the Interventional Radiology (IR) department, serving as a trusted clinical resource and mentor to IR Technologists, and supporting operational excellence through scheduling workflows, supply oversight, regulatory readiness, radiation safety, dosimetry, and policy development—advancing department growth, safety, and team performance.

Requirements

  • Two years community college/vocational training in a certified radiological technologist training program. Or equivalent educ/experience.
  • upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist.
  • upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • Senior Radiology Interventional Technologist Required qualifications: Coursework/Training and Two years community college/vocational training in a certified radiological technologist training program. Or equivalent educ/experience
  • Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist
  • Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 3 years of previous experience to include the equivalent of three years previous special procedures and or cardiac catheterization experience with responsibilities for assisting on Angiographic and other high risk procedures.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare related Bachelors Degree.
  • ARRT Credentials in Vascular Interventional Radiography
  • 1 year experience to include the equivalent of previous special procedures and/or cardiac catheterization experience with responsibilities for assisting on Angiographic and other high risk procedures.
