Responsibilities Located at Community Regional home to the region’s only Level I Trauma Center and comprehensive burn center our Radiology team plays a vital role in delivering advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. As an Interventional Radiology Technologist I I , you’ll join a collaborative procedural team working alongside physicians to support a wide variety of cases ranging from routine diagnostic angiography to complex vascular and therapeutic interventions. Operate advanced imaging equipment including single and bi-plane fluoroscopic angiography systems, ultrasound and intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) to support safe, precise and efficient procedures. Assist with device management and case preparation while ensuring quality standards, routine equipment checks and performance improvement initiatives are met. Perform a wide scope of interventional procedures, from routine diagnostic angiography to complex vascular, non-vascular and therapeutic interventions. Collaborate with physicians, nurses and technologists as part of a multidisciplinary team, fostering a safe environment and contributing to the best possible patient outcomes. Requirements

  • Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology
  • 1 year of experience in Interventional Radiology, Cardiac Cath Lab or Surgical Services
  • Annual demonstration of independent interventional radiologist proficiency
  • BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA)
  • CRT - State of California Certified Radiologic Technologist
  • CRTFP - State of California Radiologic Tech Fluoroscopy Permit
  • ARRT - American Registry Radiologic Technologists

Responsibilities

  • Operate advanced imaging equipment including single and bi-plane fluoroscopic angiography systems, ultrasound and intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) to support safe, precise and efficient procedures.
  • Assist with device management and case preparation while ensuring quality standards, routine equipment checks and performance improvement initiatives are met.
  • Perform a wide scope of interventional procedures, from routine diagnostic angiography to complex vascular, non-vascular and therapeutic interventions.
