A high-performing cardiology group in Southern New Mexico is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to join a collaborative team in Alamogordo, NM. This role offers a strong mix of cath lab + clinic with a supportive schedule and modern resources. Highlights Cath lab + outpatient clinic focus Low inpatient volume (primarily outpatient-based) Modern diagnostic capabilities and strong clinical support Call approximately 1:3 (flexible) Compensation & Benefits $925,000 base salary + production incentives $100,000 sign-on bonus $100,000 education assistance Annual quality bonus RVU-based production model with quarterly payouts Full benefits package + malpractice coverage included

- BC/BE Interventional Cardiology
- Eligible for New Mexico medical licensure
