Intervention Specialist - Math & Reading

Position Overview
We are seeking an ELA teacher (Grades 8–12) to support students in a specialized alternative education setting designed to help youth overcome academic and behavioral challenges and successfully reengage in learning. The ideal candidate is patient, adaptable, and committed to working with students who benefit from structured support and individualized instruction.
Position Details
Two positions available
Location: Nashville
Schedule: 40 hours bi-weekly
Pay: $30/hour
Student population: Grades 8–12 (ELA)
Bachelor’s degree required
Bilingual candidates strongly preferred

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Valid teaching license preferred but not required

• Ability to navigate online platforms for record keeping and communication.
